Alina Andraca brings a strong background in client support, community engagement, and systems navigation to her role at the front desk and in support of nonprofit initiatives. Born in San Diego, California, and raised in Jackson, Wyoming, Alina brings a bilingual and culturally responsive approach that helps clients feel welcomed, understood, and supported from their very first interaction.

Alina holds a degree in Business Management and is the owner of MOTIVO, where she provides bilingual consulting services to local small businesses. Prior to launching her business, she spent nine years at One22 Resource Center, serving as a medical interpreter, financial navigator, and office manager. In these roles, she helped community members access healthcare, navigate insurance systems, and overcome financial barriers to care.

She is passionate about supporting the local workforce and Spanish-speaking community, and she plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, accessible experience for clients and families. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and adventuring with her toy poodle.
