Andrea Bent JD, MSW, PCSW

Andrea is a clinical social worker based in our Jackson office. She holds a Master of Social Work from Tulane University and brings a client-centered, culturally grounded approach to her work. Andrea is passionate about supporting individuals on their paths toward mental health, personal wellbeing, and fulfillment. Her therapeutic philosophy is trauma-informed and trauma-responsive, with a strong emphasis on creating an inclusive and respectful space for all clients.
Andrea’s clinical areas of interest include trauma treatment and recovery, suicide risk assessment and prevention, life transitions, grief and loss, identity formation, relationships and sexuality across the lifespan, family and parenting, community belonging, and resilience building. Andrea is trained in suicide prevention, grief and loss, gender diversity and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Originally from Chicago, Andrea holds degrees in political science and law. Since moving to Jackson Hole in 2004 to pursue a more balanced life for herself and her daughter, she has taught yoga and contributed to humanitarian and conservation efforts in the community.
