Chantal Bouwman, MSW, LMSW
Licensed in Idaho

Chantal is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Utah State University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Grand Canyon University. Chantal is passionate about helping children and families navigate life’s challenges through the power of play. She creates a safe and supportive space where children can express emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence. Her therapeutic approach integrates play therapy as well as family therapy, strengthening connections and improving communication between caregivers and children.

Chantal’s clinical focus areas include anxiety, depression, stress, and substance abuse. She is currently pursuing specialized training in play therapy and integrates developmentally appropriate interventions to foster resilience and emotional well-being.

Outside of her work, Chantal enjoys spending time with her family, often cheering on her boys at the ice rink or ball field. She believes in the power of vulnerability and growth, inspired by Brené Brown’s quote: “Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.
