Charleigh Cole, PCSW, MSW

Charleigh is a clinical social worker serving children, adolescents, and families in our Alpine and Jackson offices. A Wyoming native, she began her education in Los Angeles and earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) at University of Wyoming . Charleigh brings a deep appreciation for the strengths and challenges of rural life and is committed to supporting the communities that helped shape her. Her approach centers on connection, emotional well-being, and empowering clients through compassionate, relationship-focused care.

Charleigh’s clinical work focuses on early childhood, adolescence, and family systems. She has experience supporting children under age five, guiding teens through life transitions, and helping families navigate challenges such as domestic violence, assault, and involvement with the criminal justice system. Her therapeutic approach draws from Systems Theory and emphasizes strengths-based and humanistic principles.

Outside of her work at Teton Behavior Therapy, Charleigh enjoys time with her family and her pup, Prince. She finds joy in creative outlets like music, books, cinema, and painting, and is currently learning to snowboard as her latest adventure.
