Elizabeth Martinez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) born and raised in Jackson, Wyoming. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master of Social Work from the University of Wyoming and has spent the past six years providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan.

Elizabeth works with children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular commitment to serving the region’s growing bilingual and LGBTQ+ communities. Her approach is grounded in strength-based, culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique experiences, identities, values, and goals. She strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to build resilience, foster healing, and achieve meaningful growth.

Elizabeth is trained in the treatment of addiction, trauma, and domestic violence and is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for both children and adults. She integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches, including talk therapy, play therapy, EMDR, and other evidence-based practices, tailoring treatment to meet each client's individual needs.

Beyond her clinical work, Elizabeth is deeply invested in her community and actively supports several local nonprofit organizations. Her dedication to service, advocacy, and mental health reflects her commitment to improving the well-being of individuals and families throughout Jackson and the surrounding region.

Outside her professional life, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Jackson's beautiful outdoors, and taking long walks with her Golden Retriever, Paco.
