Harli DeVeny, PPC
Licensed in Wyoming & Idaho

Harli is a clinical mental health counselor who grew up in Jackson and brings a deep understanding of life in a rural, mountain community. She studied psychology at Michigan State University and earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Prescott College. Harli’s path to becoming a therapist was shaped by her own experience navigating change with the support of counseling, which inspired her commitment to healing through relationships. She is passionate about supporting individuals and couples through a systems-based lens that values connection, context, and meaningful growth.

Harli works with adults, couples, and families, with a focus on relationships, including romantic relationships, sibling and friend relationships, co-parenting relationships, relationship with self, and even relationships with behaviors and substances. She has a background in supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Harli is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a leading modality for couples counseling rooted in attachment theory, as well as The Gottman Method.

Outside of her work at Teton Behavior Therapy, Harli enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, swimming, and walking her dog. She also loves sewing and upcycling clothes, combining creativity with sustainability.
