Hillary Lavino, MSW, LCSW

Born and raised in Teton County, Wyoming, Hillary is a Clinical Social worker specializing in working with adolescents, adults, and families. She earned a bachelor’s in Art Education from the University of Vermont and later received her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wyoming. Hillary believes in the inherent worth of every person. She approaches therapy with a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens, grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and resilience. She strives to make therapy engaging and dynamic, and values building authentic and supportive relationships with clients of all backgrounds and identities.
Hillary is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and has additional training in Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder(OCD), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), substance use disorders, grief and loss, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), working with gender diverse youth and adults, and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). Her clinical focus includes trauma, attachment, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), grief and loss, addiction, and life transitions.
Outside of work, Hillary enjoys outdoor adventuring, creating art, and spending time with her dogs and people.
