Katie Miller, LPC

Katie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who believes deeply in the healing power of laughter and nature. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, English, and Health Education from Northwest Nazarene University and spent twelve years teaching and coaching middle and high school students. After working in custom home building, she went on to complete her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University in Oregon, and received a Holistic Nutrition Consultant certificate from Bauman College in California.
For the past six years, Katie has supported adolescents, adults, and families on their healing journeys. Her areas of focus include eating disorders, anxiety, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), stress management, grief and loss, loneliness, life transitions, work stress, and academic challenges. With a passion for holistic wellness, Katie also helps clients explore the connection between food and mental health, encouraging sustainable, nourishing relationships with food. Katie uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques into her work.
Outside the office, Katie enjoys fly fishing on rivers and streams, reading, and laughing with family and friends.
