Sarah Anne is a clinical mental health counselor who joined Teton Behavior Therapy after relocating from Atlanta, Georgia, to Jackson in June 2022. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2015 and went on to complete her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mercer University in 2017. Since then, she has worked in a range of clinical settings, including court-mandated counseling, substance abuse rehabilitation, community mental health, an HIV clinic, and private practice. Sarah Anne is committed to meeting clients where they are, offering empathetic and non-judgmental support as they navigate meaningful change.

Sarah Anne specializes in concerns related to substance abuse, depression, and anxiety. Her therapeutic approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.

Outside of her work, Sarah Anne enjoys spending time outdoors—often hiking or walking with her corgi, Keller.
