Sarah Caldwell, MSW, LCSW
Director of Operations and Clinical Director
Sarah has been a resident of Teton County since 2017, where she lives with her husband and two young daughters. Since joining the community, she has grown her clinical practice, working with individuals and families across the lifespan. Sarah’s dedication to compassionate care and clinical excellence naturally led to her leadership role at Teton Behavior Therapy, where she serves as both Clinical Director and Operations Director. Despite her leadership role, she remains deeply committed to her work with clients and values the transformative potential of therapy.
Sarah is experienced in working with clients of all ages and identities, and she is trained in a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). She is also trained in grief and loss, suicide prevention, and gender diversity, and she integrates elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) into her work when clinically appropriate. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a safe, trusting, and supportive space where individuals and families feel seen, respected, and empowered in their healing journey.
Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and takes great pride in serving children, adolescents, adults, and families in the community with care and integrity.
