Suzy Ganer, MA, LPC
Licensed in Wyoming
Suzy is a compassionate and attuned therapist who believes that healing begins within. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Vermont and her master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She completed training through the IFS Institute and brings a deeply parts-informed approach to her work.
Suzy is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their inner world and believes that all parts are welcome and hold wisdom. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we approach our internal systems with curiosity, compassion, and presence. She supports clients in accessing their own Self energy—the calm, confident, and connected place within—so they can heal wounded parts and restore internal harmony.
Suzy specializes in working with clients navigating life transitions, especially women in the postpartum period. She brings a warm, grounded, and trauma-informed presence to sessions, and weaves humor into the work to create ease and connection while honoring the depth of her clients’ experiences. She has experience supporting clients through challenges related to anxiety, depression, family conflict, and unresolved childhood trauma.
Suzy is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and has received specialized education in eating disorder treatment through the Eating Recovery Center in Denver and the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her integrative approach honors the mind-body connection and allows for flexibility and responsiveness based on each client’s needs.
Suzy offers therapy exclusively through virtual sessions. Outside of her work, she enjoys camping with her family, cooking for loved ones, and seeing live music.
