Jennifer Bradof is the Executive Director and Clinical Director of Teton Behavior Therapy. She began her social work career in Chicago after earning her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois and moved to Jackson, Wyoming in 2005. Jennifer works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, bringing over 20 years of experience across schools, hospitals, and community-based settings. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in creating supportive, client-centered care that empowers individuals and strengthens family systems.
Jennifer’s clinical focus includes working with a wide range of ages and needs. She draws on her extensive background in social work to inform her approach, incorporating a variety of therapeutic strategies tailored to each client. Jennifer is trained in Child and Adolescent Needs Assessment (CANS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT), grief and loss, gender diversity, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and suicide prevention.
Outside of her clinical work, Jennifer is a mother of three who enjoys spending time outdoors and being actively involved in the Jackson community.
Jean Abrams, MSW, LCSW

Jean Abrams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. Originally from Avon Lake, OH, Jean earned her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University before moving to Jackson, WY in 1998. She worked for Community Safety Network and the Teton County Victim Witness Program before pursuing her Master of Social Work degree from Colorado State University in 2008. Jean’s clinical approach draws from her diverse experience in various settings, with a focus on helping children, families, and individuals heal and thrive personally, as well as within their family and school ecosystems.
Jean supports clients across the lifespan, experiencing a wide spectrum of needs. She utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach in her work. Jean is trained Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT), Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), perinatal mood disorders, gender diversity, suicide prevention, Child and Adolescent Needs Assessments (CANS), grief and loss support, Internal Family Systems (IFS), positive parenting approaches, and school-based prevention and support.
Outside of her clinical work, Jean finds peace in nature and enjoys spending time in the mountains with her children, family, friends, and dogs. Jean deeply values the opportunity to walk alongside her cliients—offering connection, healing, and growth at every stage of life.
Sarah Caldwell, MSW, LCSW

Sarah has been a resident of Teton County since 2017, where she lives with her husband and two young daughters. Since joining the community, she has grown her clinical practice, working with individuals and families across the lifespan. Sarah’s dedication to compassionate care and clinical excellence naturally led to her leadership role at Teton Behavior Therapy, where she serves as both Clinical Director and Operations Director. Despite her leadership role, Sarah remains deeply committed to her work with clients and values the transformative potential of therapy.
Sarah is experienced in working with clients of all ages and is trained in a range of evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). Her therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a safe, trusting, and supportive space for healing. Sarah is also trained in grief and loss, suicide prevention, gender diversity and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and takes great pride in serving the children, adolescents, adults, and families in the community with care and integrity.
Anne Ellingson, MAC, CAP, LPC

Anne has lived and worked in Jackson since 1988. With extensive experience as a clinician, she has worked with adults facing substance use disorders, domestic violence, mental health challenges, and anger management issues. Anne received her Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling in 2015 and currently holds her license as a Certified Addictions Practitioner (CAP) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and has specialized certifications in sex and gambling addictions.
Anne’s therapeutic approach emphasizes a compassionate, client-centered environment. She brings a wealth of experience to her work, assisting individuals in overcoming challenges and promoting long-term healing and growth. She is trained in suicide prevention, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), gender diversity, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Outside of the office, Anne enjoys spending time with her two adult children and engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking and horseback riding. She is also passionate about film and travel.

Growing up in the Tetons, Ellie developed a deep connection to her community and environment from an early age. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Whitman College and returned to Jackson to continue fostering connections between people and place. Ellie then pursued her Master’s in Social Work (MSW) at the University of Wyoming, furthering her dedication to supporting children and families.
Ellie’s therapeutic work focuses on child therapy and parent support, utilizing Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), suicide prevention and strength-based learning approaches to empower her clients. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing space for both children and parents to explore emotions and build skills for managing life’s challenges.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys making art, skiing in the mountains, floating the Teton River, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Born and raised in Teton County, Wyoming, Hillary is a Clinical Social worker specializing in working with adolescents, adults, and families. She earned a bachelor’s in Art Education from the University of Vermont and later received her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wyoming. Hillary believes in the inherent worth of every person. She approaches therapy with a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens, grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and resilience. She strives to make therapy engaging and dynamic, and values building authentic and supportive relationships with clients of all backgrounds and identities.

Andrea is a clinical social worker based in our Jackson office. She holds a Master of Social Work from Tulane University and brings a client-centered, culturally grounded approach to her work. Andrea is passionate about supporting individuals on their paths toward mental health, personal wellbeing, and fulfillment. Her therapeutic philosophy is trauma-informed and trauma-responsive, with a strong emphasis on creating an inclusive and respectful space for all clients.
Andrea’s clinical areas of interest include trauma treatment and recovery, suicide risk assessment and prevention, life transitions, grief and loss, identity formation, relationships and sexuality across the lifespan, family and parenting, community belonging, and resilience building. Andrea is trained in suicide prevention, grief and loss, gender diversity and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Originally from Chicago, Andrea holds degrees in political science and law. Since moving to Jackson Hole in 2004 to pursue a more balanced life for herself and her daughter, she has taught yoga and contributed to humanitarian and conservation efforts in the community.
Cassie Crumpton, PPC

Cassie completed her master’s degree in Community Mental Health Counseling at the University of Wyoming–Casper. She brings a wealth of experience from her work in early childhood education, primary community prevention, and the state’s criminal justice system over the last 20 years. She is deeply committed to trauma-informed, restorative approaches and has long advocated for improving behavioral health access and systems across the state.
Cassie’s clinical focus includes recovery from addiction, suicide prevention, and trauma-informed care. She approaches therapy from a humanistic, person-centered perspective, emphasizing non-judgmental support and the compassionate empowerment of each individual she is privileged enough to work with.
Outside of the therapy room, Cassie enjoys live music, camping, and spending quality time with her family and pets.

Chantal is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Utah State University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Grand Canyon University. Chantal is passionate about helping children and families navigate life’s challenges through the power of play. She creates a safe and supportive space where children can express emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence. Her therapeutic approach integrates play therapy as well as family therapy, strengthening connections and improving communication between caregivers and children.
Chantal’s clinical focus areas include anxiety, depression, stress, and substance abuse. She is currently pursuing specialized training in play therapy and integrates developmentally appropriate interventions to foster resilience and emotional well-being.
Outside of her work, Chantal enjoys spending time with her family, often cheering on her boys at the ice rink or ball field. She believes in the power of vulnerability and growth, inspired by Brené Brown’s quote: “Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.

Charleigh is a clinical social worker serving children, adolescents, and families in our Alpine office. A Wyoming native, she began her education in Los Angeles and earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) at University of Wyoming . Charleigh brings a deep appreciation for the strengths and challenges of rural life and is committed to supporting the communities that helped shape her. Her approach centers on connection, emotional well-being, and empowering clients through compassionate, relationship-focused care.
Charleigh’s clinical work focuses on early childhood, adolescence, and family systems. She has experience supporting children under age five, guiding teens through life transitions, and helping families navigate challenges such as domestic violence, assault, and involvement with the criminal justice system. Her therapeutic approach draws from Systems Theory and emphasizes strengths-based and humanistic principles.
Outside of her work at Teton Behavior Therapy, Charleigh enjoys time with her family and her pup, Prince. She finds joy in creative outlets like music, books, cinema, and painting, and is currently learning to snowboard as her latest adventure.

Dana is a licensed professional counselor based in our Pinedale office, where she works with individuals of all ages. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wyoming and her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Adams State University. Dana brings a warm, holistic approach to therapy, combining her scientific background and creative instincts to offer care that is both effective and deeply personalized. She is committed to helping clients live authentically, embrace vulnerability, and stay present in their lives.
Dana’s clinical focus includes working with couples, anxiety disorders, personality theory, and stage of life transitions. She integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Dana is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), gender diversity, suicide prevention and grief and loss.

Elizabeth Martinez, MSW, LCSW

Elizabeth Martinez is a clinical social worker who was born and raised in Jackson. She earned both her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Master of Social Work from the University of Wyoming. Throughout her studies and fieldwork in Laramie, Elizabeth gained experience working with children and adults, including members of the growing Latino community. She is committed to providing strength-based, culturally responsive care to clients across the lifespan, with a focus on building trust and empowering individuals in both English and Spanish-speaking populations.
Elizabeth is trained to treat addiction, trauma, and domestic violence. She is currently pursuing further specialization in adult, child, and adolescent therapy, as well as play therapy.
Outside of her clinical work, Elizabeth remains closely connected to her Jackson roots and brings a deep sense of community and cultural understanding to her practice.

Harli is a clinical mental health counselor who grew up in Jackson and brings a deep understanding of life in a rural, mountain community. She studied psychology at Michigan State University and earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Prescott College. Harli’s path to becoming a therapist was shaped by her own experience navigating change with the support of counseling, which inspired her commitment to healing through relationships. She is passionate about supporting individuals and couples through a systems-based lens that values connection, context, and meaningful growth.
Harli works with adults, couples, and families, with a focus on relationships, including romantic relationships, sibling and friend relationships, co-parenting relationships, relationship with self, and even relationships with behaviors and substances. She has a background in supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Harli is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a leading modality for couples counseling rooted in attachment theory, as well as The Gottman Method.
Outside of her work at Teton Behavior Therapy, Harli enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, swimming, and walking her dog. She also loves sewing and upcycling clothes, combining creativity with sustainability.

Originally from Mexico, Idel’s immigrant experience inspires his work, particularly in helping English learners and immigrant families navigate the complexities of living in the US. He is dedicated to making a positive impact in Wyoming’s communities and helping individuals thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Idel is committed to promoting equity and inclusion, reducing barriers for marginalized populations, and helping students and families build resilience. Jason Reasor is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with individuals from young adulthood through later life. With a background in both counseling and ministry, Jason brings warmth, insight, and a strong sense of purpose to his clinical work. He is especially drawn to working with veterans and first responders, and he values building meaningful therapeutic relationships rooted in trust and collaboration. Jason’s approach is holistic and person-centered, blending clinical expertise with a deep commitment to each client’s unique goals and values. When requested, he is comfortable incorporating faith and spirituality into the counseling process.

Originally from California, he studied biology and philosophy at the University of California, Berkeley. After moving to Jackson, he became deeply involved in the community before pursuing his curiosity about mental health through graduate studies at Adams State University, where he earned his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. J.R. is passionate about helping others connect with their innate capacity for healing and growth, offering a grounded, reflective space for exploration and change.
J.R. believes in the body and mind’s natural healing intelligence, viewing the role of therapy as a way to support and nurture that process when it needs a little extra care. His work is inspired by a wide range of thinkers and healers, including Irvin Yalom, Andrew Weil, Marcus Aurelius, Carl Jung, and Stan Grof.

Katie Miller, LPC

Katie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who believes deeply in the healing power of laughter and nature. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, English, and Health Education from Northwest Nazarene University and spent twelve years teaching and coaching middle and high school students. After working in custom home building, she went on to complete her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University in Oregon, and received a Holistic Nutrition Consultant certificate from Bauman College in California.
For the past six years, Katie has supported adolescents, adults, and families on their healing journeys. Her areas of focus include eating disorders, anxiety, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), stress management, grief and loss, loneliness, life transitions, work stress, and academic challenges. With a passion for holistic wellness, Katie also helps clients explore the connection between food and mental health, encouraging sustainable, nourishing relationships with food. Katie uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques into her work.

McKenzie Myers, PCSW

McKenzie holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She works with individuals navigating life transitions, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. With a warm, person-centered approach rooted in collaboration and authenticity, McKenzie is dedicated to creating a supportive, inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Her clinical focus includes identity development, life transitions, and relationship issues. McKenzie draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.
Before becoming a therapist, McKenzie worked a variety of roles across Wyoming, including guiding whitewater trips on the Snake River and working summers on a dude ranch in the Big Horn Mountains. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the mountains with her rescue dog, Frank. McKenzie currently offers sessions exclusively online.

Originally from Los Angeles, Michael moved to the Mountain West to pursue a degree in Recreation Therapy in Eastern Idaho, later earning his Master’s in Social Work from Brigham Young University. During his studies, he discovered a passion for supporting at-risk youth and families. Michael’s therapeutic career began with the ANASAZI Foundation, where he worked as a trail guide and youth counselor in a wilderness therapy setting. He went on to serve as a Recreation Therapist at Heritage Schools, developing and leading their high-adventure therapeutic program. He later worked as an individual and family therapist at Oxbow Academy and Novitas Academy. In addition to his clinical work, Michael is also an AMGA-certified climbing instructor and enjoys integrating outdoor adventure into the therapeutic process.
Michael has experience working with anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), attachment issues, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), Attention-Deficity Hyperacitivity Disorder (ADHD), substance and sexual addiction, trauma, and relationship challenges. He believes in meeting clients with empathy and confidence while addressing both internal healing and environmental factors.
Outside of the office, Michael is a proud dad of two girls and enjoys adventuring with his family. Together, they love running ultramarathons, backpacking, biking, canyoneering, climbing, and spending time in the mountains.
Natalie Prescott, PPC

After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, Natalie worked as a field mentor for a wilderness therapy company in Utah where she developed her passion for encouraging healing and mental health through the outdoors and community building.
Natalie moved to Jackson in January 2020 and worked as a case manager for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault at the Community Safety Network. Inspired by this work and experiencing the growing need for accessible mental health services throughout the COVID pandemic, Natalie pursued a graduate degree in school counseling and mental health counseling at the University of Wyoming.
These experiences have rooted Natalie’s clinical work in the power of place and relationships. She is dedicated to meeting clients with compassion and working with individuals to develop a deeper sense of meaning and empowerment in their everyday lives. Natalie has experience working with children and their caregivers within the school counseling and clinical counseling settings. Her work as a therapist is guided by trauma-informed and evidence-based practices and draws upon Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and experiential modalities such as play therapy, narrative therapies, and somatic techniques.
Sarah Anne Hilfrank, LPC

Sarah Anne is a clinical mental health counselor who joined Teton Behavior Therapy after relocating from Atlanta, Georgia, to Jackson in June 2022. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2015 and went on to complete her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mercer University in 2017. Since then, she has worked in a range of clinical settings, including court-mandated counseling, substance abuse rehabilitation, community mental health, an HIV clinic, and private practice. Sarah Anne is committed to meeting clients where they are, offering empathetic and non-judgmental support as they navigate meaningful change.
Sarah Anne specializes in concerns related to substance abuse, depression, and anxiety. Her therapeutic approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.

Suzy Ganer, MA, LPC

Suzy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver. She is passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves and believes deeply in each person’s innate capacity to heal. Suzy works with adults navigating life transitions, with a special focus on supporting women in the postpartum period. She brings a warm, trauma-informed presence to the therapy space and takes a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Suzy specializes in postpartum support, sleep challenges, eating concerns, and life transitions. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and has completed additional training through the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Eating Recovery Center (ERC) in Denver. Her work is grounded in empathy, trauma sensitivity, and a belief in the transformative power of self-awareness and connection. Suzy provides therapy exclusively through virtual sessions.

Teerstyn is a clinical intern currently pursuing her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling through Adams State University in Colorado. Originally from Nebraska, she moved to Pinedale in 2010 and later returned to the area after completing her undergraduate degree in biology at Briar Cliff University. Her professional journey includes several years working in the education system in Jackson, where she supported students from kindergarten through high school. These experiences deepened her interest in mental health and inspired her transition into the counseling field. Teerstyn is committed to creating an affirming, supportive space for individuals of all backgrounds and identities.
Teerstyn is passionate about working with children, and her clinical interests include eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma recovery. She draws from a trauma-informed lens and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy into her developing practice.

Ashley Stewart, Clinical Counselor Intern

Ashley is a clinical intern with a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado, Denver. She works with adolescents and adults, supporting clients through a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and personal growth. Ashley brings a wide-ranging professional background, including working in community development, affordable housing, and education, which deepens her understanding of the complex factors that influence well-being and resilience.
Ashley uses an integrative approach that blends narrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic techniques, alongside holistic practices that honor the connection between mind, body, spirit, and soul. She has a particular interest in nature-based therapy and substance use counseling, tailoring her work to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
Outside of the therapy space, Ashley enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, painting, and yoga. She lives in Jackson with her fiancé and their dog, Mingo, and finds daily inspiration in the natural beauty and strong sense of community in the Mountain West.
Chloe Murphy, Clinical Counselor Intern

Chloe is a clinical intern and Mental Health Counseling student at the University of Wyoming with a deep passion for helping individuals lead authentic, healthy, and fulfilling lives. Originally from Texas, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, focusing on Human Development and Family Studies. Her academic background sparked a strong desire to support people through the unique challenges faced across different stages of life. Chloe believes every individual is inherently resilient and she works to foster this belief in her clinical work.
Grounded in a humanistic, person-centered approach, Chloe is committed to creating a compassionate and empathetic environment where individuals feel empowered, safe, and understood. She is interested in integrating trauma-informed care and utilizes tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients on their healing journey.
Outside of her clinical work, Chloe enjoys exploring the mountains, spending time with loved ones, and expressing her creativity through painting and knitting.
Colleen Howarth, Clinical Counselor Intern

Colleen is a clinical intern who earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University in Nebraska. She works with children, teenagers, adults, and older adults, and is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and life transitions. Colleen’s approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique story. She believes in each person’s capacity to lead an authentic and meaningful life and is committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for all clients, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and life transitions. Colleen draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and psychodramatic techniques, and incorporates holistic practices such as yoga and meditation.
Outside of her work as a counselor, Colleen enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, and cheering on her favorite Philadelphia sports teams. She values time with friends, family, and connecting with nature.
Dondi Tondo-Smith, Clinical Counselor Intern

Dondi is a clinical intern with a strong foundation in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University in California. She works with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families, offering compassionate support through life’s many transitions. Having lived in Jackson since 2004, Dondi brings a deep understanding of both the joys and complexities of rural mountain life to her therapeutic work. Her previous experience in caregiving, health support, and wellness has shaped her empathetic, client-centered approach to healing.
Dondi supports clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and past trauma. Her therapeutic style emphasizes collaboration, safety, and individualized care. She draws on a variety of evidence-based modalities to help clients build awareness, identify patterns, and develop practical tools for growth and resilience.
Outside of the therapy room, Dondi enjoys spending time in the natural beauty of the Tetons and cherishes time with her family and friends.
Jared Felicetti, Clinical Counselor Intern

Jared is a clinical intern pursuing his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bellevue University in Nebraska. Originally from rural New Hampshire, Jared brings a wide range of life experiences—from touring in a rock band to working in education and hospitality—that deeply inform his work as a counselor. He earned his undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of Utah and has also studied environmental studies and science education. Now in his ninth year living in Jackson with his wife and two children, Jared is passionate about holding space for others to share their stories, explore meaning, and navigate growth and change.
Jared uses a strength-based approach to support clients with concerns common to high-altitude, rural communities, including depression, anxiety, alcohol use, and loneliness. He is trained in suicide prevention and crisis intervention and draws from trauma-informed, existential, and cognitive behavioral (CBT) therapies, among other evidence-based approaches.
Outside the therapy room, Jared enjoys mountain adventures with family and friends, wood-fired cooking, and reading.
Lisa McGee, Clinical Counselor Intern

Lisa is a clinical intern pursuing her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the University of Wyoming. After earning her undergraduate degree in liberal arts from Miami University in Ohio, she moved west to work as a ranger naturalist in Grand Teton National Park. Her passion for the outdoors led to a 20-year career in environmental law and policy following the completion of her juris doctorate at the University of Wyoming. Now, Lisa brings that same dedication and advocacy to her work in mental health, where she is honored to support others during pivotal moments in their lives.
Rooted in a belief in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship, Lisa integrates insights from secular Buddhist and existential-humanistic psychology into her approach. She is training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which supports psychological flexibility and personal growth. Lisa tailors her work to meet each client’s unique needs with warmth and respect.
Outside the therapy room, Lisa enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, and cross-country skiing as well as quality time with her husband, son, extended family, and friends.
Morris Weintraub, Marriage and Family Therapy Intern

Morris is a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) intern pursuing his master’s degree at Capella University in Minnesota. He works with children, individuals, couples, and families, and brings a warm, relational approach to each therapeutic relationship. With a background in photojournalism and group facilitation, Morris blends deep curiosity and lived experience with a commitment to helping clients explore what lies beneath the surface. As a systemic therapist, he views challenges through the lens of relational patterns, believing that the quality of our lives is deeply shaped by the quality of our connections.
Morris’s clinical interests include relational conflict, anxiety, and family dynamics. He draws from a range of therapeutic modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and systems theory. He has additional training in breathwork, meditation, and yoga, which inform his grounded, integrative style.
Outside the therapy room, Morris is often biking, climbing, or chasing the sunshine around Teton Valley. His adventurous spirit, both inward and outward, helps him connect with clients from all walks of life.
Oliver Dev, Clinical Counselor Intern

Oliver is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern who brings curiosity, authenticity, and a deep commitment to client care. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology from Western Washington University, he moved to Maui to work as a sea kayak and snorkeling guide. Eventually drawn to the mountains, Oliver relocated to Wyoming in 2018 to guide rafting and snowmobile trips, later working in wilderness therapy in Utah. That experience sparked his passion for mental health work, leading him to pursue a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. He returned to Jackson in 2021, where he continues to support the community through both his guiding and counseling work at Teton Behavior Therapy.
Oliver specializes in counseling adolescents and young adults navigating challenges related to substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, and identity development. His therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and he works with clients of all ages and multicultural backgrounds, including individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+. Oliver brings a trauma-informed lens and a strengths-based perspective to every session, meeting clients with genuine care and collaboration.
Outside of his clinical work, Oliver stays connected to the Teton Valley community through nonprofit service and time spent in the outdoors. He enjoys rafting, skiing, snowmobiling, and finding balance between mountain adventures and meaningful connection.
