    Jennifer Bradof is the Executive Director and Clinical Director of Teton Behavior Therapy.

    Originally from the greater Boston area, Maire Herron fell in love with the Tetons after spending a college summer working in Yellowstone.

    Ali is a provisional clinical social worker serving the Sublette County community. A proud Big Piney native, she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Wyoming.

    Andrea is a clinical social worker based in our Jackson office. She holds a Master of Social Work from Tulane University and brings a client-centered, culturally grounded approach to her work.

    Babbs works with individuals, couples, families, groups, and high-level athletes, supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults both in-person and through telehealth.

    Brett holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University. He has over a decade of experience working with adolescents at Teton Youth and Family Services group home as a lead youth counselor

    Cassie completed her master’s degree in Community Mental Health Counseling at the University of Wyoming–Casper. She brings a wealth of experience from her work in early childhood education, primary community prevention, and the state’s criminal justice system over the last 20 years.

    Chantal is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Utah State University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Grand Canyon University.

    Charleigh is a clinical social worker serving children, adolescents, and families in our Alpine and Jackson offices. A Wyoming native, she began her education in Los Angeles and earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) at University of Wyoming.

    Chelsea is a clinical social worker providing therapy to individuals and families navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston College and a Master of Social Work from the University of Wyoming.

    Dana is a licensed professional counselor based in our Pinedale office, where she works with individuals of all ages. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wyoming and her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Adams State University.

    Elizabeth Martinez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) born and raised in Jackson, Wyoming. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master of Social Work from the University of Wyoming and has spent the past six years providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan.

    Harli is a clinical mental health counselor who grew up in Jackson and brings a deep understanding of life in a rural, mountain community. She studied psychology at Michigan State University and earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Prescott College.

Originally from Mexico, Idel’s immigrant experience inspires his work, particularly in helping English learners and immigrant families navigate the complexities of living in the US.

    Katie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who believes deeply in the healing power of laughter and nature. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, English, and Health Education from Northwest Nazarene University and spent twelve years teaching and coaching middle and high school students.

    Lisa is a mental health counselor in our Jackson office. She holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling from the University of Wyoming. Lisa takes an integrated approach to therapy. With warmth and respect, she tailors her work to meet each client’s unique needs.

    McKenzie holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She works with individuals navigating life transitions, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

    Originally from Los Angeles, Michael moved to the Mountain West to pursue a degree in Recreation Therapy in Eastern Idaho, later earning his Master’s in Social Work from Brigham Young University. During his studies, he discovered a passion for supporting at-risk youth and families.

    After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, Natalie worked as a field mentor for a wilderness therapy company in Utah where she developed her passion for encouraging healing and mental health through the outdoors and community building.

    Olivia grew up in New York state and relocated to Jackson in 2017 after spending a couple of summers in the Tetons. She graduated from CUNY School of Professional Studies with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) at the University of Wyoming.

    Sarah Anne is a clinical mental health counselor who joined Teton Behavior Therapy after relocating from Atlanta, Georgia, to Jackson in June 2022. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2015 and went on to complete her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mercer University in 2017.

Growing up in Wyoming inspired her passion for supporting the well-being of individuals and families in her community.

    Lila Satterfield is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Prescott College. She has lived in Teton Valley for nearly six years and is grateful to call the beautiful mountains and community home.

    Matt is a clinical intern completing his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University. Before beginning graduate school, Matt spent several decades serving others through public emergency services and as a member of the Army Reserve and National Guard.

    Taya is a non-clinical intern and Neuroscience student at Middlebury College in Vermont with a growing passion for understanding how the brain shapes everyday human behavior. Born and raised in Teton County, Wyoming, she brings a deep connection to the local community alongside an academic curiosity that has drawn her toward the behavioral side of Neuroscience. She joins the team to support marketing, social media, and front desk operations.

    Outside of her work, Taya enjoys playing soccer and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
