Resilient Voices
The goal of this confidential group is to support undocumented immigrants in reducing anxiety by exploring a variety of coping skills and discussing current topics. We hope to address immigrants’ unique stressors in our communities while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

Supporting Caregivers of Neurodiverse Children
A safe, understanding space for parents and caregivers raising children with autism, ADHD, learning differences, sensory processing challenges, and other forms of neurodiversity–diagnosed or undiagnosed.
