Whether you’ve completed our four-week Seasonal Depression Program or are new to support, this weekly online group helps you stay consistent with key SAD tools: light therapy, meaningful activities, social connection, and having things to look forward to. Winter is long-this group offers practical skills, shared problem-solving, and accountability in a supportive, understanding community.
